Before pursuing doula work, I had my heart set on becoming a labor and delivery nurse. However, a year and a half into the nursing program I was enrolled in, I decided that this career choice was not going to fulfill my desire to support women through labor. I changed career paths and started pursuing doula work.

In January of 2022, I completed a doula training course through DONA International. I am currently working on becoming a certified doula through DONA.
Although I do not currently have much experience in doula work, I am passionate about the career I am pursing. I am ready and willing to put in the effort it will take to gain the knowledge I need to be the best doula I can be!
